DAY 1: THU, MAY 14 DEPART FOR ISRAEL
Gather at the airport for your overnight flight to Tel Aviv, Israel, marking the beginning of your unforgettable journey through the land of the Bible.
DAY 2: FRI, MAY 15 ARRIVE IN TEL AVIV
Arrive at Ben Gurion Airport and transfer to your coastal accommodations. Settle in and unwind at the beautiful Royal Beach Hotel in Tel Aviv.
DAY 3: SAT, MAY 16 ALONG THE COAST
Enjoy a relaxed morning before exploring the ancient port of Joppa, where Peter stayed at the house of Simon the Tanner. Conclude the day with a special dinner at a local restaurant.
DAY 4: SUN, MAY 17 ALONG THE COAST
Journey north along the Mediterranean coast to Caesarea, the Roman capital of Judea. Continue to Mount Carmel and the biblical site of Megiddo. Enjoy lunch before passing by Nazareth en route to your lakeside lodging at Ramot Resort on the Sea of Galilee.
DAY 5: MON, MAY 18 GALILEE
Begin with a wooden boat ride across the Sea of Galilee, then explore the Ancient Boat Museum. Visit the Mount of Beatitudes, Capernaum, and Magdala. Savor a Mediterranean lunch before ending the day with a special baptism experience.
DAY 6: TUE, MAY 19 THE NORTH
Head north to Tel Dan and the headwaters of the Jordan River. Explore Caesarea Philippi, enjoy panoramic views of Mt. Hermon and Nimrod’s Castle, and take in the dramatic landscapes of the Golan Heights from Mt. Bental. Lunch at recognized local restaurant.
DAY 7: WED, MAY 20 THE JORDAN VALLEY
Depart the Galilee region and explore the ancient ruins of Beit She’an, followed by a visit to Gideon’s Spring. Enjoy lunch on Mount Gilboa, then continue to your hotel at the Dead Sea for an evening of rest and reflection.
DAY 8: THU, MAY 21 JUDEAN WILDERNESS
Ascend Masada by cable car and hear the heroic tale of its defenders. Then walk through the nature reserve of Ein Gedi, where David hid from Saul. Explore the Qumran caves and enjoy a served lunch before ascending to Jerusalem and checking in at the David Citadel Hotel.
DAY 9: FRI, MAY 22 JERUSALEM
Visit the Israel Museum, including the Model of Second Temple Jerusalem and the Dead Sea Scrolls. Travel out to the Elah Valley, where David defeated Goliath, and return to Jerusalem for the evening.
DAY 10: SAT, MAY 23 JERUSALEM
Walk the Palm Sunday Road from the Mount of Olives to the Garden of Gethsemane. Visit St. Peter in Gallicantu, St. Anne’s Church, the Antonia Fortress, and follow the Via Dolorosa to Calvary.
DAY 11: SUN, MAY 24 JERUSALEM
Enjoy a full day at leisure to rest, reflect, or explore Jerusalem on your own. Many wonderful optional activities will be suggested.
DAY 12: MON, MAY 25 JERUSALEM
Explore the Southern Steps, the Western Wall, and the Western Wall Tunnel. Continue to the City of David to see Jeremiah’s Cistern, Hezekiah’s Tunnel, and the Pool of Siloam. Conclude your journey at the Garden Tomb with communion and a farewell dinner.
DAY 13: TUE, MAY 26 DEPART FOR USA
Transfer to the airport for your morning flight home, filled with memories, spiritual insights, and a deeper connection to the land of the Bible.
